How do I search for an old order?

For new orders (less than six months old), log into the administration tool and look under Search My Orders. Orders older then six months can still be searched, however the original receipt will have been archived.

Older orders are automatically archived. Your most recent archive file may be downloaded from Recent Orders.

Here is an example URL for direct archive access:

https://rtcart.net/orders/USERNAME/archive.2000q4.tgz

To read the archive file you will need a program to unzip it. You can download one from www.winzip.com.
Once unzipped, you will have a list of all orders (in HTML format) that were processed during that quarter.

In compliance with VISA and MasterCard regulations, only your current and last fiscal quarter will be available for download. You may use one of these tools to download order details for up to seven years after the order was placed.
